our policies

Shipping

Shipping in the US is $7, and free once your pins come to $125 after any discount.

Shipping outside the US ($20 Canada, $25 elsewhere) is set when you pick your country at checkout.

Rather ship later? Pins you pay for can go on your tab instead. Keep adding across future drops and ship the whole tab together whenever you like. Postage is added once at the end, $7 or free once the tab reaches $125.

Authenticity

Pins are checked before they are listed, then checked again when packed.

Returns

We do not accept returns, but we always aim to make things right.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's care. If it gets lost in transit, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help track it down. We can't take responsibility for a package once it has left us, or once the carrier marks it delivered.
